Get Your Gobble On! It's time to get your team ready for the 2009 Turkey Bowl! This snow or shine tournament will be played on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Tony Grampsas Sports Complex. The Turkey Bowl is all about having fun in one last event before the holidays roll around. All teams are guaranteed three games. Space is limited and this tournament will fill and close early - register now so your team isn't shut out! Brackets will be announced by noon on Thursday, November 12. Team fee is $195.
- One pitch: pitch to your own team; you hit or you are out!
- Reverse order base-running: bases must be run in reverse order (3rd, 2nd, 1st, home)
- Snow or shine: tournament will be played regardless of weather conditions
Now offering new divisions!
The "Giblets" are a coed division with a recreational emphasis. The majority of the players on the team play in very recreational and basic levels
of league play. Many have little organized softball experience.
The "Mashed Taters" are a coed division with moderately skilled players with a recreational emphasis. The majority of the players on the team play in upper recreational or intermediate levels in league play.
The "Butterballs" are a coed division just looking to have fun, but have more experienced players. The majority of the players on the team play in competitive levels in league or tournament play.
