I'm ordering a batch of the new Easton ASA bats. Easton is not happy with ASA so they just released a new batch of ASA approved bats that are going to be
hot. They will have the Synergy speed BH for 299.95, The Stealth speed XL for 299.95, and the CV12 (aluminum with composite core multi-wall design) for 199.95.

No offense, but if you are trying to compete against other bat manufacturers for the ASA dollar, wouldn't you be making the hottest, legal ASA bat you can?
Seems funny that you'd wait until you were 'pissed' at ASA before you'd do anything...

What Hank was trying to say Q was that ASA put out a memo a while back that said all approved bats must never exceed their published standard. That meant that
even when broken in they still had to be below the 98 mph limit. They sent this to all manufacturers and promised to continue testing down the road as bats
aged. Apparently only Easton complied with the rule and ASA failed to test broken in products as agreed. Easton lost some ASA market share because of it and
that's what Hank meant by Easton's 'mad'. It sounds like they are not going to produce ASA bats that exceed 98 when broken in just like
everybody else is doing.
On a side note, I stopped by Hanks shop last Friday, The Cage. Nice facility for indoor hitting and they're also offering youth baseball and fast pitch instruction. If you live on the north side of things, The Cage is really convienent for your winter indoor hitting. They're at 795 Sherman St in Longmont which is just a couple blocks west of 119 and Main. S

Anyone who's ever hit that blue and white synergy clear knows what its like to have a bat that starts out crappy and stays crappy. I can see why Easton
took an ASA hit. Those reveal bats just sucked.
